Beginner Driver’s Education
The Ministry Approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course consists of 20 hours of online coursework, 10 hours of homelinks (online homework), and 10 hours of in-car driving training. It is mandatory to complete the BDE course within a year from the start date to qualify for the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) certification.
